There is a cost associated with the lack of quality of services to companies who purchase a product. The task of improving quality on a limited cost base is a difficult one. The difficult task of evaluating products from its inception through its development until its QA and subsequent release. Quality assurance methods are outlined in our commitment explaining what was used during the product or Service quality improvement process in the company. In our company a framework for improving our Product or Service quality was produced and subsequently used and evaluated in another company following the quality improvement process.
